At Pristine Fits, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way, while offering the highest quality products at unbeatable prices.

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that it was received — unworn and in the original box. Any items that do not meet this criteria will be returned back at the customers' expense.

To start a return, please click here to send us an email with your order number, return reason and desired resolution. If approved, you will be provided with instructions to send your item back to us. Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels and we will not reimburse the cost of return.

We kindly ask that all items are returned in their original box and packaging, including the original shipping box. If you are unable to use the original shipping box, we strongly encourage you to purchase one from a local store. Any items that arrive damaged as a result of insufficient protection will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow upto 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that our team can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items 

Please note, we do not offer full refunds on sale items. Any items of this nature that are returned are exclusively subject to store credit, which can be used on any future purchases within 365 days of issue.
